Heartfelt Thanks

I’d like to go back to the moment when my trainer, Aldis, called me and said there was a chance to collaborate with SIA “Tulkojumu birojs Skrivanek Latvia”, who wanted to sponsor a disabled athlete. In the beginning it seemed unreal that a business would show the initiative to offer to sponsor someone. Only after communications began and the sponsorship contract was signed did it hit me that it was actually happening. After that I was able to confidently start planning my training sessions and respective expenses. In order to be fully prepared for my participation in this year’s Paralympic Games, it is essential for me to keep up with my training and to stay healthy. I’d like to express my gratitude to Director Aiga Veckalne and employees of SIA “Tulkojumu birojs Skrivanek Latvia”, who, with their understanding and sponsorship, have given me the chance to better prepare myself and attain the highest athletic achievements. I hope that our partnership may continue and that my training process may be well planned and goal-oriented, ensuring a successful start to the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games. I wish with all my heart that your company may prosper and endure, as well as good health to all of its employees. I am truly happy to be working with you. Thank you!

Aigars Apinis – Two-time Paralympic Games Champion!
The Paralympic Games will take place in Peking, China, from 6 - 17 September.
The training camp will take place from 11 to 24 August 2008, in the Sējas district Sports Centre.
